From the irresistible aroma of freshly ground spices to the mesmerizing sizzle of ingredients, this event is set to be a sensory delight. 

 

The competition will feature a stunning display of multi-global cuisine and a special baker’s delight segment. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to taste exquisite dishes crafted by talented participants while engaging with chefs and fellow food lovers in a vibrant atmosphere. A major highlight of the event will be the presence of renowned online influencers, including Kavya Mishra, Ojasvi Singh, Vaani Gupta, and Shubhi Mishra, who will provide live updates and exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpses to their social media audiences.

Honoring the occasion, Dr. Kapil Shankar Tiwari, Head of SoHM at BBD University, will be present alongside esteemed chief guests, Dr. V. S. Singh and Smt. Madhuri Singh. The panel of judges consists of esteemed culinary experts, including Kavita Singh - a celebrity chef from KMCC Kanpur, Vineet Yadav - MasterChef from Lucknow, Nandini Diwakar - another talented MasterChef from Lucknow, Saurabh Katiyar - Head Chef at PVR & INOX Cinemas, Shabahat Hussain - DSM of Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, Sandeep Kumar Singh - Assistant Professor at SoHM, BBDU, and Arjun Thakur - Executive Chef at Novotel Hotel, Lucknow. A distinguished jury comprising Sandeep Kaur, Niharika Ahuja, and Manisha Jha will further evaluate the participants’ performances.
